PPR Fitting

To match with the PPR Fitting and pipe, Minde also manufactures good quality related products with brass insert by Minde patent design. The part with brass insert is used for fittings connected with sealing strip, another outer cover is used for covering the outflow caused while the hot-melt is in process. This process also makes the pipe line fastener and has a more aesthetic appearance for the PPR fitting. Along with the matched components and tools, Minde provides you a plumbing system and an entire installation.
The type A PPR fitting is designed with brass part design, for which the double dovetailed groove and the inner ring slot for its end should avoid leakage because of the expand with heat and contract with cold owing to the changing temperature. Meanwhile, the spiral knurling on male-threaded brass insert keeps improving the quality and efficiency.
The percentage for brass insert of the PPR fitting is more than 57, and some heavy metal that may do harm to our health is controlled within RoHS. Minde QC Department tests it against timing and lot. It’s an improper for Minde Inc to deduce brass weight to get more benefit in a order.

All of PPR fitting production lines are purchased from Ningbo Haitian Machinery Company. These equipments all have characteristic features including high speed extrusion, automatic cut-to-length, and PC software control.
